Custom Quarter Beef - February

**Adding this product to your cart reserves one quarter beef with a butcher date of the beginning of February and pickup date of the last week in February. 

Fully customizable quarter beef. You choose every single cut, even down to the thickness of the steak. We walk you through the cut sheet, taking any guesswork out of the equation. Pickup is on our farm in central Mississippi at a specified date. 

$250.00 if a deposit only. Full price is $6.75 per pound of hanging weight and does not include processing fees.
